Welcome to Resatio’s webstore. By placing an order, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.

 

1. Orders & Shipping

  • Orders are shipped once a week.

  • You’ll receive a tracking link via email once your order has been dispatched.

  • Shipping times may vary depending on your location and postal service.

  • If you’re ordering from outside Australia, you may be required to pay customs duties or import taxes upon delivery. These fees are determined by your country’s customs regulations and are the buyer’s responsibility.

 

2. Packaging

  • Prints are shipped flat in a rigid envelope to protect them during transit.

  • Other items (like shirts, accessories, or objects) are shipped in a bubble mailer or a box, depending on size and fragility.

 

3. Print Quality

All prints are produced on archival fine art paper using high-quality inks, designed to last for many years (probably longer than your Wi-Fi router).

 

4. Returns & Replacements

  • All sales are final. Returns and refunds are not accepted.

  • If your order arrives damaged or faulty, a replacement will be provided.

  • To process a replacement, please email clear photos or a short video of the damaged item and packaging within 7 days of delivery.

 

5. Lost or Damaged Orders

If your package arrives bent, broken, or missing, please contact me as soon as possible with proof (photos or video). I’ll file a claim with the shipping carrier and arrange a replacement.
